Across NYC, restaurants are unveiling festive prix-fixe menus, chef-driven celebrations, and late-night dinners designed for toasts, decadence, and good vibes . If you’re looking to start the new year deliciously, here are the NYE dinners in NYC you’ll want to reserve ASAP . Four Twenty Five by Jean-Georges -------------------------------- Celebrate with a refined, design-forward dining experience in Midtown at Jean-Georges’ gem, Four Twenty Five . The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner begins at 8 pm and features a five-course tasting menu for $398 per person . The menu includes Egg Toast with Osetra Caviar, Yellowfin Tuna, Butternut Squash Agnolotti, and Seared Wagyu Beef Tenderloin .
