This Rome Restaurant is Amazing 🌟
Every dish is a delightful surprise. Scarpetta, the Italian restaurant that's a hit in New York, has a branch in Rome, which feels like returning to its roots. The cost-performance ratio is really quite high. It feels similar in price to ordinary restaurants outside, but the dishes and service are better, so I went there for two consecutive days. ❤️ The oysters aren't as plump as those from France, but they make up for it with freshness. The special sauce is also very good. The sauce mixed with the sea water creates a salty yet sweet and refreshing taste. Overall, I recommend it. ❤️ The octopus legs are also great, grilled to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender inside. Recommended! ❤️ The red shrimp carpaccio was my favorite this time. Fresh red shrimp is pureed and mixed with fresh oranges and pepper, creating a slightly sour and spicy taste that highlights the shrimp's freshness. Highly recommended. ❤️ Lobster pasta, a bit salty. But when in Italy, you've got to order pasta, right? ❤️ Grilled mushrooms, a small side dish. They are well-grilled, not too oily, and a good way to get more vegetables. There's a set lunch menu where we ordered the 2-course option. Soup + steak for only 25 euros, which feels like a similar price to eating at a casual place in Shanghai. Additionally, the set comes with complimentary pre-meal bread, which you can have more of and even take away to have as breakfast the next day if you can't finish it. Also recommended are the roasted chicken and sea bass, which were eaten too quickly to photograph. Pair them with a special cocktail; their cucumber cocktail is especially delicious. #ItalianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphereRestaurant #Delicious
