Stumbled upon Eataly by accident, and wow, it truly lived up to being 2023's best! Duck with Pear and Honey 🦆🍐🍯 The duck was super tender and not greasy at all. When paired with the sweet and fresh pear, it was absolutely delightful! Black Truffle Beef 🥩 Before it even reached the table, the rich black truffle aroma filled the air. The beef was incredibly juicy and flavorful. Black Truffle Something Ravioli – A staff favorite, and it didn’t disappoint! The cheese-filled ravioli had such a rich, creamy flavor, but it wasn’t heavy at all. No wonder it's a best seller! Salmon, Shrimp, and Tuna Sashimi 🍣🦐 This dish was a true surprise! The salmon mixed with apple and cucumber, the shrimp paired with pea shoots, and the tuna with pear—it was like tasting spring in every bite. Super refreshing, and my absolute favorite! 😍 If you don't like greasy food and enjoy sashimi, this is a must-try! Finally, for the ladies who don’t drink much but want to try something light, the rosè is highly recommended—smooth, with no odd aftertaste. Super easy to drink! 🍃 The ambiance was chill, though sitting outside was a bit too warm.
