Walnut Cafe: Boulder's Cozy Vegan Breakfast

🧡As long-term vegans, after trying various breakfast spots in Boulder, we've finally found a sense of belonging here! 🧡The wooden menu clearly marks vegan options with maple leaf symbols, and they even specially made our coffee art with oat milk. 🍮The server noticed me studying the menu and enthusiastically recommended, "You should try the vegan eggs Benedict." 🍮The signature coffee cake truly lives up to its reputation—warm cinnamon aroma wrapped around crispy walnut crumbs, with maple syrup flowing out when cut, making my friend unexpectedly go for a second slice. 🌈 we were sharing desserts and proactively brought extra utensils. When settling the bill, they even gave us two packs of homemade chia seed cookies. 🥞What moved us the most was when the manager, hearing about our nut allergy, brought out the olive oil used in the kitchen to show us the ingredients. 🧀Such thoughtful and attentive service makes special dietary needs no longer a burden when dining out. #VeganFriendly #CoffeeCake #Boulder
