📍 D.C Poultry Market I’d always heard about this place in Alexandria that sells live chickens and pigeons! Brought my parents along and we bought: • 1 free-range chicken ($25 each) 🐔 • 1 old hen, 4 lbs ($4.5 per lb) 🍗 • 2 pigeons ($18 each) 🕊️ The quality of the chickens and pigeons is excellent! Prices are pretty reasonable too. The store is clean with no weird smells 👃✨ After ordering, they prepare the chicken/pigeon right on the spot—fresh as it gets! (Note: You can’t pick which bird yourself.)
