I tried the savory Chicken Pot Pie, but it felt a bit dry… The latte wasn’t outstanding either—pretty strong and bold. 😅 📍 Reprise Coffee Roasters Their coffee is award-winning, they say! Rosemary Sea Salt Caramel: Award-recommended, but I just couldn’t get used to the sweet-salty latte—felt like drinking herbal medicine. 🧪 Bourbon Vanilla: Wow, this really tastes like it has alcohol in it! 🥃 Coconut Cream: The best one!! 🥥✨ 📍 Brothers K Coffeehouse A standard neighborhood café, but the coffee is a bit cheaper than others! 💰☕️ 🍳 Breakfast 📍 Lefty's Righteous Bagels This bagel shop surprised me—clean and cozy vibes! Tried their salmon bagel, so flavorful and packed with salmon lol. 🥯🐟 Their latte is unique too—bitter with a distinct bean aroma. Saw their new Rainbow Matcha on the wall—looks so pretty! 🍵🌈 📍 Lucky Platter A super old-school brunch spot, open since 1991, and super affordable! 🕰️💸 🇮🇹 Italian Food 📍 Trattoria D.O.C. An underrated Italian gem in Evanston!! So delicious—tried their seafood risotto, fried calamari, and sausage pasta 🍝, all amazing! Their complimentary bread with olive oil and salt? Absolutely divine—it made me appreciate baguettes for the first time! 🥖💖 When packing leftovers, I asked if I could get extra bread… The server handed us a whole full-sized baguette in a paper bag! 🥹 She said, “We’re closing soon, just take it!” So kind—I was over the moon!
