Lotta Lattes Cafe @ the Clermont Club — Restaurant in Queensland

I attempted to purchase 3 coffees. I produced $100 for the owner immediately berate me in front of the whole shop. I offered to pay on my card, and they debited my card. 3 hot coffees were then placed on the counter in front of me. I asked for a coffee holder for her then to berate me further, tell me it would be a further $2 because "they cost money you know". At this stage she had refused my cash and already processed the eftpos. Some of the worst customer service I have seen for a very long time. I was highly embarrassed for this women's behaviour. How could you mess up customer service that badly. Plus, they put the most revolting bright orange American burger cheese on their ham and cheese croissants. I should have seen the debacle coming....I felt really sorry...

One of the better eateries in the Central highlands.

I ordered the chicken caesar salad, my partner ordered their steak sandwich and my grandmother a chicken and salad sandwich. All came out looking beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. No complaints.

Very much recommend trying their ice tea on a hit summer day. Very good thirst quencher.

Great Cafe in a small town, has excellent coffee and meals are delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the chef made a mistake with my meal (added BBQ sauce) in their defence the place was busy as due to their popularity and my burger was replaced in minimal time. Will definitely dine there on my next visit and if visiting Clermont drop in for a ...
