Very friendly atmosphere. Food was really nice, my family really liked the risotto and enjoyed the fresh fish. Personally I recommend the crab legs/claws. Hadn't had them in a while and I really liked them. I love the decoration they have around and was very happy to see a macaw inside (turns out his name is Rio!), i was also happy to know that they do release him when they can so he has space to move around. He is very sweet and although he can be loud sometimes I find that to bring up the mood in the restaurant. We had an amazing server who made jokes and contanly kept up a happy atmosphere. Worst restaurant in place, perhaps in whole Albania. The service was impolite and not interested to fulfill the whishes of the clients. So it was no wonder they served meals we didn't ordered. Waiter started a discussion after our complaint and urged us to keep the wrong meal. Big mistake to accept this, because it doubled the bill. After a long morning of walking searching for an ATM that accepted European cards we found this place. The pasta was cooked well ("al dente" in Italian) we were surprised by this because we aren't used to find good pasta dishes outside Italy (we are from the south side Termoli above Puglia). Waiters are really polite and even speak Italian (some of the at least). Top place "voto dieci" like a popular Italian TV...
