Disappointing Experience with Rude Service

I recently visited this coffee shop, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. It was baffling to receive my coffee to-go when I clearly intended to have it there.

To make matters worse, when I asked if I could have my coffee in a ceramic cup, I was met with a rude response. The girl behind the counter bluntly told me that it would be a "waste of money" to serve it in a cup. I was taken aback by her attitude; I thought serving dine-in customers in proper cups was standard. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated being informed about this "rule" beforehand, she shrugged it off and said I should just ask next time.

Honestly, it’s frustrating to have to advocate for a basic expectation of customer service.

Overall, I felt unwelcome and unsatisfied. I won’t be returning, as there are plenty of other coffee shops that prioritize good service. Not very...

I’m sorry to say but Cappuccino was not I expected. I’m no barista or expert in this area, but this tasted like someone “threw” espresso to cup and then somehow managed to get milky foam in, without focusing. Or perhaps I’m too demanding? Of course, it always depends on person who makes it. Good: size, ceramic cup (not a plastic one as someone had), didn’t take long, not too expensive (170 lekes for one) considering the coffee beans price at the moment, coffee temperature ok. There were couple of other places in Durres, where cappuccino was made well, I even wanted 2nd one. Now, dear Albanians, you want to be part of EU? 🌟 Cafe is located in the city center. There is a lot of space inside, there is also a large summer terrace. There are tables for working together and beautiful interior. ☕️ In the menu you can find different coffee drinks, teas, desserts such as cookies, muffins, croissants. I got a cappuccino and chocolate cookie. Cookie were the most usual, the taste of the cappuccino was bad - too much milk, with bitter overroasted coffee. 💸 2 cappuccinos costs 340 leks and cookie costs 60.
