Our experience with this accommodation was highly disappointing. Upon arriving at 10 p.m, we contacted the management for parking instructions, only to be informed that they could not accommodate us due to a power outage. This was a complete surprise, as there was no prior communication about the situation. Despite this issue being known to them, we were not informed in advance, leaving us stranded late at night.After some back and forth, they offered an alternative option, but it was unsuitable for our needs. As a result, we were forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which ended up being more expensive.The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to manage the situation responsibly left us with a very negative impression.
