Taylor volcanic burger — Restaurant in Dély Brahim

The food was great unfortunately it was ruined by the waitress/cashier handling our order

She was rather unfriendly from the get go since we were tired we paid her no mind at first but then it continued through the service and the unfriendliness just got to her being rude

And what's with us picking our food at the counter? Is it the restaurant way or just she being rude? I was baffled but at the end I was told she also requested we hand her the dishes (we were sat near the counter yes but that's not a ticket to not do your job)

The place is cozy but rather small and no moving space on the inside if it's busy, the outside is good and I recommend sitting there to avoid the counter incident it sours the experience

If the food is good it's the staff that makes or breaks a business, even if it’s just one bad rude staff especially the one dealing with customers

Regarding the food it was great from the bread to the meat, maybe it's my pov but the caramelized onions felt way too sweet it clashed with the taste of the burger

The sauces were only served after we ordered fries which is weird as I prefer to pair them with my sandwiches and are quite tiny to share with another

I only remembered to post the review so keep in mind this was a month ago if in case you changed the unpleasant waitress/cashier which I doubt based on some...

I have mixed feelings about this one. we went for the raclette m, it was really good both taste and portion wise. So the food itself is super nice and I still want to try the other stuff off their menu. However, there are a couple of things I want to point out: on the menu, they don't mention the mushrooms they put in the raclette, so if you have an allergy, be careful. apparently you don't always get gloves, or at least WE didn't, so actually eating the stuff...

Taylor Volcanic Burger est une véritable belle surprise à Alger pour les amateurs de burgers qui recherchent à la fois la qualité et l’originalité. Ce n’est pas une simple restauration rapide comme on en trouve partout : ici, on sent clairement le soin apporté aux recettes, avec une carte bien pensée et un goût distinctif qui sort de l’ordinaire. Les produits sont frais, les saveurs sont équilibrées, et chaque burger se distingue par une personnalité propre. On ressent vraiment que ce n’est pas un fast-food classique mais plutôt une enseigne où la qualité prime sur la quantité.

Seul petit bémol, la salle intérieure est assez petite, ce qui peut être contraignant aux heures de forte affluence. Cependant, la terrasse prend très bien le relais, surtout en soirée, et permet de profiter pleinement du repas dans une ambiance agréable.

En résumé, Taylor Volcanic Burger est une excellente adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour découvrir des burgers gourmets à Alger, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, un service impeccable et un vrai souci du détail dans les saveurs proposées. Une expérience culinaire à renouveler...
