Negative points: Caesar salad: 1200 DZD for half a boiled egg (as you can see in the photo) and chicken breaded with chips, with a small portion overall... For 800 DZD, I can get a much bigger salad with all the toppings I want at Lucas Castello. Bruschettas: nothing special — just bread and tomato... no cheese, no sauce, nothing. The restaurant is noisy during lunch breaks, and there’s a giant TV showing a match. At the end, they bring you a pack of baby wipes to clean your hands (who does that??) — please, a minimum of effort. Positive point: Friendly and attentive waiter. Valet available to park your car (since there’s no parking space). However, expect to tip 200 DZD for the waiter and another 200 DZD — mandatory — for the valet.

A very well clean affordable restaurant, waiters very friendly and respectful. Food was great , desserts were delicious I’ve been to this restaurant dozens of times with family or friends or even business ; one of the best fine dining in Algiers whenever they have seafood as plat-du-jour I recommend it to try .

Service très très très très très lent et médiocre. J’ai vu des personnes qui sont venues après moi se faire servir sans que je dise un mot.. après une ou deux années j’ai reçu une salade (où j’ai trouvé une cafard) et un hmis.. quelques années plus tard un autre serveur vient vers moi pour me dire que ce que j’ai demandé n’y plus disponible le menu.. est à la base vide et plus de la moitié des articles proposés ne sont pas dispo.. j’ai dit ma3lish car j’étais pas seul.. j’ai réajusté ma commande et après plus d’une heure et demi j’ai toujours rien reçu.. j’ai ensuite quitté pour dîner dans un resto à côté où j’étais servi en moins de 30mins. Je tiens à souligner que le gérant a insisté pour que je paie rien mais ça n’empêche que le service était médiocre

Used to be good... now junk food. Prices are okay but its the only thing right: food quality dropped a lot, cheap products used and overall absent management made it deteriorate.

Plenty of good places to eat in Algiers; but you will not find them in these main commercial roads as Sidi Yahia and others made to grab tourists and...
