Spent NYE2023/24 here. The menu was new for the occasion, and ok. Since we didn't speak French it was good to have someone there that spoke english (not sure if that's everyday). Also got help from the staff to order a taxi back to the hotel via the local "Uber" (you need a local Sim), so kudos to the staff. The atmosphere was also ok, but I don't know what it's like when it's a "normal day" and not new years eve. They played too loud music this night. It's a party they said, but most, if not all people, were sitting at their table, so the volume did not match the atmosphere/crowd/"party", it wasn't a dancing floor/place in general... I was ripped off here. The lady behind the bar charged me DZD 21,000 (EUR 140.40) for half a bottle of vodka when leaving. This was on the 31.05.2023. Yes, I know that the management will post a lovely message below to make it look like you are sincere. However, you must either know about or even encourage these practices. Very disappointing...nothing is Portuguese in this place not even the menu!...no Portuguese beer or wine...still wondering why they called Portuguese restaurant...the crowd is young and looks like a "pickup"bar with 'ladies' seated in spotted lounges also some regulars seem to control the ambience by shouting around and showing off...ordered 2 'tapas' and regretted after... don't recommend at all, only go if you have no...
