Went there once, it was terrible, never again.

Too crowded, the service is way to slow and the waiters had a terrible attitude. I ordered a hot cocoa and my little sister ordered a Frappuccino and a cake, they only brought us the hot cocoa (which was watery and tasteless) and it got cold while we were waiting on my sister's order. When you go out and order food, drinks or deserts with someone it's more about sharing these than eating/drinking them and when you get the first half of your order then have to wait more than 40 minutes to get the other half, it ruins everything (especially when your food/drink gets cold waiting). Of course, I tried to ask the waiters about our order and when it was coming but they straight up ignored us or gave us attitude. They brought my little sister her order when we were about to leave because we were so done. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at your coffee shop. My friends and I were quite upset, starting with the behavior of the staff, were acting like they were doing us a favor. We paid, so the least we expected was a bit of kindness and a proper welcome. They also lacked basic communication skills and professionalism they grabbed the menu and rushed off without even taking our order. The vibes were off too, way too noisy which made the experience even worse. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and train your staff to provide better service in the future

NB: My friend asked for a Nutella crepe with no extra toppings, so why would you even add honey without asking? Like, what if he was allergic to honey? Then what? How would you handle that? And instead of fixing it properly, you expected us to just accept it, return it, and still pay for something we didn’t...

Not the best experience but it was good overall , the chocolate cake was excellent 👌🏻, coffee was good as well , most waitresses were nice but there was one very grumpy, I don't know if she's always like that or she was not feeling well that day . Heard that yall rush people to finish there food but I personally, spent quite some time chatting with my friend no one really disturbed us so that's a positive point ( heard that using PCs is not allowed but I'm not quite sure, if it's really the case you're losing...
