AprĂšs avoir choisi nos entrĂ©es et nos plats, nous recevons enfin les entrĂ©es⊠Nouvelle dĂ©ception : le fromage Ă©tait chaud, signe quâil Ă©tait probablement restĂ© Ă lâair libre depuis un certain temps.
Encore 10 Ă 15 minutes dâattente pour recevoir les plats. Jâai commandĂ© un filet mignon au foie gras Ă 5000 DA : le filet mignon Ă©tait un Ă©norme bloc de viande, impossible Ă apprĂ©cier. Les cuissons demandĂ©es nâont malheureusement pas Ă©tĂ© respectĂ©es. Le riz, quant Ă lui, Ă©tait en bouillie, certainement restĂ© trop longtemps dans un plat de maintien au chaud.
