Desde el momento en que entramos, notamos una clara diferencia en la forma en que se nos trató en comparación con otros clientes. I had a great evening meal here and would certainly return. On arrival there was some good banter with the member of staff who greeted me, but there was a bit of language barrier with the other members of staff. Despite this the service was great and the food brilliant. I ordered a number of the small dishes, intending for them to be a starter, but the portions were so large there was no need for anything else! The squid rings, whitebait, croquettes and suckling pork belly were all truly delicious with good presentation and I’d recommend each of them. There was a good atmosphere and loads of decent drinks available too, along with the really extensive food menu. Everywhere was clean, prices were reasonable and it’s well worth checking out for an evening meal.

Entiendo por qué ahora no tienen clientes ni colas en la entrada. Cuando el gerente arroja los platos con comida y mira a los invitados con desprecio. Cuando mienten diciendo que la mesa está "reservada" durante 2 días y nadie se sentó allí hasta el cierre. ¿Qué quieren? Cuando están en la calle más turística de Andorra y nadie habla inglés, cuando agregan platos que no pedimos. ¿Cuando el gerente discute con los clientes? ¿En serio? ¡Ya han perdido al 90% de sus huéspedes y su calificación de 3.5 no es por nada! If you have allergies please think twice before going. Went tonight and was super excited. Told the waiter we were celiac he confirmed. We were going to order two meat dishes then I decided to have risotto instead. No problem they changed one of the meats to risotto. Food came out and he said the chef couldn't guarantee the meal was fully gluten free because of cross contamination but the meal contained no gluten ingredients. I cut into my fois on the risotto and it looked breaded so I called the waiter over again he said it wasn't breaded and it was gluten free but he would be happy to check with the chef if that is what I wanted, which I requested he did. He came back and said that the chef thought that the meat was the only gluten-free dish and not the risotto, meaning he did not make it clear in the order that we were both celiac. And my meal was not gluten free at all. Not only was the fois breaded and fried and put on top, but what they use to make the risotto also had gluten in it. I have never had an issue ordering risotto and have never had a restaurant use a flour cream mixture instead of just cream. I ended up not having risotto and just having some of my husband's dinner. The waiters insistence and confidence the risotto was gluten free could have been catastrophic had I not pushed him to check. I am celiac but if you had an anaphylaxis response to gluten he could have killed you. No apologies, no accountability he tried to pawn it off on me not telling him we were both celiac. Before you jump to language barrier - Spanish is my primary language and we came in with a service dog. The location is beautiful and the meat was good - not great. Would be a 0 stars if it was possible! Started rude splitting a group of 11 in 2 tables when they had plenty of space on the floor below just did not want to come up and down to serve us! Then our table ordered txulleton for 32 Eur/person. We could not be more surprised when we a tray of raw very thin sliced pieces of meat coming to the table with a plate with fire below for us to cook it ourselves. EVERYTHING WRONG! If you cut a beautiful steak wrongly you destroy it and also txulleton is to be cooked in its whole and thickly sliced afterwards. Furthermore paying 32 Eur/person to cook our own food? Just absurd!!! Adding to the point, we had a previous meat industry professional at the table that could guarantee the bone place with the sliced steak was not at all belonging to the piece! So it is a SCAM. A BIG BIG SCAM!!! We have naturally addressed the waiter that called the manager. Following on our exposure of the FACTS all we got was a very arrogant and narcissist posture with answers like: “How do you want me to cook such a beef that can sometimes weight 1 kg?”, “I don’t care, even today I have sold 50 of these and maybe tomorrow I will sell 100” (a lot of people being tricked very regretfully I guess), “you don’t teach me how a real txulleton looks like”…so this gentleman turned impossible any sort of dialogue which reinforces the nature of the service this restaurant provides! Stay away, this restaurant is a pure tourist trap! Looks cozy, food looks good when you passing by, but in reality our experience was horrible in this restaurant. Out of 4 main dishes which we ordered, 2 stakes and duck breast were very bad quality, the duck was extremely over cooked and steaks were very bad quality and extremely chewing. On top of all off that, on one of the steaks we found a long human hair, when we complained to the manager, he was very disrespectful and he totally denied the fact that this staek came with the hair from their kitchen, It was really silly to do that, because we called the waitress and showed that to him, where you could clearly see that this steak was grilled with the hair on it. It's just not right, when some restaurants being located in the middle of the high tourist path with extremely high traffic and they think they can do whatever they want, serving people with extremely pure quality food, and have a horrible costumer service and bad attitude towards their clients.
