If you have allergies please think twice before going. Went tonight and was super excited. Told the waiter we were celiac he confirmed. We were going to order two meat dishes then I decided to have risotto instead. No problem they changed one of the meats to risotto. Food came out and he said the chef couldn't guarantee the meal was fully gluten free because of cross contamination but the meal contained no gluten ingredients. I cut into my fois on the risotto and it looked breaded so I called the waiter over again he said it wasn't breaded and it was gluten free but he would be happy to check with the chef if that is what I wanted, which I requested he did. He came back and said that the chef thought that the meat was the only gluten-free dish and not the risotto, meaning he did not make it clear in the order that we were both celiac. And my meal was not gluten free at all. Not only was the fois breaded and fried and put on top, but what they use to make the risotto also had gluten in it. I have never had an issue ordering risotto and have never had a restaurant use a flour cream mixture instead of just cream. I ended up not having risotto and just having some of my husband's dinner. The waiters insistence and confidence the risotto was gluten free could have been catastrophic had I not pushed him to check. I am celiac but if you had an anaphylaxis response to gluten he could have killed you. No apologies, no accountability he tried to pawn it off on me not telling him we were both celiac. Then our table ordered txulleton for 32 Eur/person. We could not be more surprised when we a tray of raw very thin sliced pieces of meat coming to the table with a plate with fire below for us to cook it ourselves. EVERYTHING WRONG! If you cut a beautiful steak wrongly you destroy it and also txulleton is to be cooked in its whole and thickly sliced afterwards. Furthermore paying 32 Eur/person to cook our own food? Just absurd!!! Adding to the point, we had a previous meat industry professional at the table that could guarantee the bone place with the sliced steak was not at all belonging to the piece! Out of 4 main dishes which we ordered, 2 stakes and duck breast were very bad quality, the duck was extremely over cooked and steaks were very bad quality and extremely chewing. On top of all off that, on one of the steaks we found a long human hair, when we complained to the manager, he was very disrespectful and he totally denied the fact that this staek came with the hair from their kitchen, It was really silly to do that, because we called the waitress and showed that to him, where you could clearly see that this steak was grilled with the hair on it.
