Th e good came promptly, the Provoleta (cooked cheese w spices) was to die for, extremely flavourful and perfectly cooked -gooey center and crispy out. The chorizo was a bit too greasy w big chunks of fat, but w chimichurri sauce bite size in between the homemade bread…heaven! I can't believe how they price bottles of wines here because it's like 1/5 of the ones in the States. I also loved the locro which I did not expect to like it this much; but if you are Korean you can imagine it as a doganitang with some chicken flavors and lots of beans. Phenomenal cuts of beef! Flavor like I've never had before on a piece of meat. SERIOUSLY! And so tender and succulent. Really a work of art - not sure how else to describe it.
Side were absolutely fantastic too. From the bread, to the provoleta completa to the wine - everything was just perfect.
Kept returning to eat there as I kept thinking about their steaks. Definitely my favorite steak place in BA and you can be sure I'll return when...
