This restaurant is a cafe/bar, now called Fernet Branca.
There are 2 tvs here but volume is turned very low hence not intrusive.
I like the retro interior filled with old posters, assorted alcohol bottles and paraphernalia from the 50s.
I had a very satisfying lunch - it was called Pastry Zapallito Pollo y Queso - a pastryless, stew consistency chicken, zucchini, onion and cheese pie with flat bread served in a little paper bag.
I found it very pleasant.
Good service too, for once I didn't have to wait half hour for staff to approach.

We tried the beef, chicken and onion and cheese filled empanadas. The crust to filling ratio was off for our preferences and the empanadas were not hot out of the oven so we did not enjoy them as much as the previous place we had just tried earlier that day.
