Pride Cafe — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I have been there multiple time, but today it was a complete disaster… i sit down on the terrace waited 15min to someone come to take my order (as they always did before) today nothing… I needed to go inside to tell what i want, i ordered a simple American breakfast ( it was written as omelette and i got always omelette with fried ham in it before, toasted bread and salad on side ) today they served me with F…in toasted bread and on it HARD BOILED eggs with chopped ham(not cooked) and for this they charged me 7K?? I don’t know what a hack happened but food and service today was terrible… Thank you but im not...

We were excited to visit this place but a bit disappointed. The person working the cash register had an attitude when we asked if we could order for to-go and then when we asked if it was possible to do any of the coffee drinks iced, the employee rudely replied that we could only have what the menu said and there was only one coffee that could be iced.

We got hot drinks and they were okay but the ingredients weren’t properly mixed and the dulce de leche was just sitting on the bottom.

On a side note, some of the employees that were working the tables were very friendly with great customer...

I have been already three times, prices are affordable, there's plenty options on the menu, and the venue is quite nice, located in San telmo one of the most historical neighborhoods in Buenos Aires ; the service is nice first time there was a waiter that was super nice and kind, and he was super helpful whenever we needed something; Iast time I went there was a girl (the cashier / waitress ) who was really rude all the time, we politely say hello / thank you and everything and she was always like a rock, no even a word, we felt really uncomfortable even when we ask...
