Tataki Restaurante — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Having had sushi in different countries, Tataki Restaurante is far from being average and far from being Japanese. Tuna rolls are made with canned tuna. An early dinner with my wife and a fellow English tutor was enjoyed at this wonderful local Japanese restaurant. The sushi was superb, quite fresh and flavorful. The business was short-staffed, as we noticed there was only one waitress for a completely full house. Amazingly, she remained very pleasant and level-headed throughout our entire dining experience. It wasn’t great. Friday night at 10 there were a handful of tables and two servers. Our waitress was pleasant, but she had to be flagged down three times (chopsticks, hot sauce, the bill).
