Brillat Savarin - Chacras de Coria — Restaurant in Distrito Chacras de Coria

If you consider crisp, delicious baguettes and flakey butter croissants to be one of the primary food groups, as do I. then Brillat Savarin is for you.

It's a combination pastry/coffee shop which serves up delicious breakfasts in a clean, elegant, attractive surrounding. There are also beautiful cakes and budins as well as various biscuits and cookies that will tempt you. The staff is courteous, pleasant and efficient.

This Brillat (there is another one in Mendoza city proper) is at the north end of Chacras de Coria, where I live, but very much worth the 10 minute drive for me.

Excellent breakfast at Brillat Chacras, one scandinavian with scrambled eggs with salmon, comes with toast with avocado and tomatoes while anna's comes with scrambled eggs and bacon and a choice of pastries. El propósito de este este comentario es expresar mi decepción con la experiencia que tuve en su restaurante esta mañana. Lamentablemente, la comida que ordené no estuvo fresca; los sabores eran agrios y claramente indicaban que los ingredientes eran viejos. Pedí el menú Scandinavio el salmón sabía a pescado viejo, venía con una limonada y tenia gusto rancio, la mesera dijo que la botella completa estaba igual y la habían tirado. El pan de las tostadas era pan viejo y duro, no estaba tostado.

Les insto a revisar sus procesos de almacenamiento y manipulación de alimentos para evitar que situaciones como la que experimenté vuelvan a ocurrir. La inspección regular de la frescura de los ingredientes y la implementación de prácticas de cocina más estrictas podrían contribuir significativamente a mejorar la calidad de sus platillos.
