Excelente opción para comer hamburguesas en Chacras de Coria. Un reducto nuevo pero con dueños con experiencia. Pan casero de papa, muy rico y esponjoso, que se amalgama muy bien con el blend de carne; carne cocida en un punto ideal, con los jugos necesarios para realzar la parte “grasosa” del blend. Condimentos caseros muy buenos, con un sabor distintivo. Las papas también están muy bien. Cortadas bien finitas, como de paquete, con un crocante (el desafío que tienen con esto es encontrarle siempre el punto justo para que no se “quemen”). El único punto negativo es que no tenían hielo para la bebida. Pero más allá de eso, espectacular. Y para destacar, la hospitalidad del servicio!...
