Paesano Rosso is a cozy Italian restaurant, it has a compact menu, an appreciated thing in a country that has way too many so called "authentic Italian" places with massive menus that try to cover way too much, losing all authenticity with them.
It's well decorated, tables are wide, so is the space between them, which makes dining a really comfortable experience.
Cocktails are quite good. And not pricey. Special mention to the Sophia Lauren and Principe di Napoli.
Non complimentary table service has a nice bread mix with nice olive oil, olives, and chopped tomato with garlic, really good.
Cacio e pepe was just a bit overcooked, but tasty. The portion was a bit small, though. Canciagello di angelo pasta was amazing, super tasty and the portion was really good.
As for desserts, the Berry Pannacotta was a bit frozen, so the texture was off, really underwhelming and small sized as well. The Nutella Tiramisu was huge, and it was delicious, not overly sweet. Fantastic dessert.
Staff was super friendly and quick to serve. It's ideal for an early dinner, will come back at rush hour to update this review.

Before we started to leave, there were small drinks on house. It is probably not the most cheapest place, but in my opinion, the food and service is worth...
