What a St Patrick's Night this Pub provided the stage for ... the local council gave them the street, and did they use it! The latest innovation of bar landlords Kelly and Gonzalo - The Believe Irish Pub Bar Truck - was parked on the road, with the tunes of Mendoza's popular DJ Ivan DE Zooso, (well that's what it sounded like???) blasting out from his station - wait for it - on the top of the truck. Only the stilt walker could pass requests and liquid refreshment to Ivan, possibly making this his ( the stilt walkers ) most important task. I went there to watch a champions league game but it was not on direct tv so we just sat to eat something. The nanchos was delicious especially the hot sauce. The burgers are great too. The best part is they have super fast internet or we were lucky at that day because we stream the game on our phone and watched the whole game while tasting their great selection of beer. Believe is a great place to watch sports; they even have some NFL and NBA games. The biggest drawback is the fact that the food is consistently subpar. They really need to do a better job… They get the basics wrong. The staff is very friendly & the bar has good vibes however; the food definitely needs to improve.
