Burger Bar & Café — Restaurant in Mendoza

Went here with my partner. The queue to order was quite long which means the place is really popular. We had to wait in front of the main door which was not very nice. We also had to wait a lot to get our food.

They give you one of these beepers which vibrate once your order is ready and you gotta get up front the already crowded place and get your food.

The tables and chairs are not adequately distributed vin my opinion, is rather eat outside in the cold instead of sitting in the hallway and having people bump me on the back, but there were not enough tables outside.

La comida estuvo muy buena, he pedido una comida valorada en $43.700 para 3 personas (hamburguesas con cheddar, papas fritas y bebidas). Satisfecho con la comida.

Ahora, las 2 chicas del mostrador que atienden fue un sin sentido total jajaja.

Primero, consulté si vendían hamburguesas con BALDE DE CHEDDAR. No sé si la música estaba muy alta, me expresé mal o modulé mal, pero una de ellas me afirmó que SÍ, me mostró y señaló el menú. Le eché un vistazo rápido, y como eran casi las 10 p.m, me fié de ella.

Luego, llegué con mi pareja y su hermana para invitarles a comer algo "nuevo para probar" (la supuesta hamburguesa con balde de cheddar).

Al llegar, ninguna de las 2 chicas dijo algo como "ya les atendemos", "qué necesitan", "acá tienen el menú", o "BUENAS NOCHES" fue muy incómodo, porque no daba decir "atiendanos" jajajaj. Hasta que una se avivó y nos dijo "¿ya eligieron?"

Y para asegurarme consulté de nuevo "¿Tienen balde de cheddar?" Y me volvió a decir que sí (la misma chica de pelo negro)

Pedimos la comida, y la verdad es que fue relativamente rápido, no demoró mucho.

Cuándo la recibo, no veo el supuesto balde de cheddar, le pregunto por qué no está, y se mira con la compañera diciendo "¿Qué dice este?" "pan de queso" JAJAJJAJA, hasta me puse rojo por la incomodidad! Y de los nervios y no entender lo que pasaba, le dije "pero ahí dice que sí trae", y me dice "¿a dónde dice?" "Pan de queso" 😂😂😂

Total, que no dije más nada y comimos callados porque estábamos con hambre, aunque no me gustó en parte porque veníamos con esa ilusión, y para comer así, nos lo hacíamos en la casa tranquilos y cómodos porque encima estaba nevando (28/06/25).

Muy rico todo, pero veníamos por otra cosa. Y más porque me gasté $43.700 por un error de las propias trabajadoras del lugar.

The owners don't pay the employees, they prefer going on vacations than paying the people who are responsible for working hours that they decide not to pay.
