Bocca — Restaurant in Mendoza

Went here with my family and the service was terrible. We waited forever for our menus then forever for the food that arrived cold. We saw a waiter eat fries from a plate delivered to another table outside. I personally ordered the risotto with seafood and got a nice squid with the beak and not cleaned inside. My kids ñochis where hard and the sauce was not cooked. We ordered a César salad that never came to the table yet was on the bill. Prices are high for the quality and service. I would avoid this restaurant. Service was terrible and food was not much better. We waited over 40 minutes for the food, which we wouldn’t mind had it been good and warm. My steak was overcooked and my wife’s lasagne was lukewarm at best. We didn’t complain at the time because it was late, we were hungry and we wanted to get out of there. We were also blatantly ignored by one of the waitresses when we asked for the bill. Overall very unprofessional for the price you pay. Gorgeous little restaurant with beautiful decore. We were warmly greeted by our waiter Gustavo who was very kind and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, I got the fish with rice and vegetables and my partner got the steak with rice and vegetables. The steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare) with a crispy outside 🤤. There was a good variety of wine to choose from with all different price ranges. The food was very reasonably priced for the quality.
