Great place at Peatonal Sarmiento to enjoy coffee, juices, croissants, sandwiches and the typical Argentine "alfarjor" among other things. I had a lovely carrots, grapes and herbal tea smoothies. There is a wifi and you can just relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Service can be slow but super helpful and friendly. Only people selling or asking for money can be a bit disturbing.

Los alfajores Havanna por muy lejos son los mejores que he probado, y más el nuevo que se llama "Mar del Plata" con cristales de sal marina, me encantó... Hace poco volví de Estados unidos y se usa mucho los dulces,chocolates con sal marina y quedan muy ricos... Lo único que no me gusta es lo tan agarrados que son con el cliente al ofrecerte una taza de café "mediana" como la pedí yo y es tan minúscula como un pocillo... Es una empresa que esta en casi todo el país y no pueden ser tan agarrados y deben considerar dar lo mejor al cliente. Por eso si tienen pensado pasar a tomar algo, mejor pasen a comprar los alfajores o directamente compren el tamaño grande de la taza que si es bastante grande y tiene mucha diferencia con el mediano.. otra cosa, el baño esta en condiciones no higiénicas que digamos. Pero esto va dirigido más para la empresa que para el personal. Ponganse las pilas y no sean tacaños.

JULIO 2021: ⭐️: 3 de 5 LUGAR 📍: Amplio con disponibilidad en el sector peatonal (afuera) y en el salón de abajo. PROTOCOLOS COVID 🦠: Buena distribución y distancia entre las mesas. No había alcohol en gel a disposición de los clientes (al menos no en las mesas; quizás a la entrada y no lo vi). De todos modos en mi caso llevaba el mío personal. LA COMIDA 🍴: Mala. Por eso 3 estrellas. ¿Qué comí? Y ¿por qué “Mala”? Pedí una promoción de “Té/Café + porción de torta a elección”. El té y la leche; normales. El problema fue la torta. Se notaba vieja; pedí brownie con dulce de leche, crema y oreos. El brownie estaba seco, sin la humedad típica de este producto; la crema ‘rancia’ con sabor a “heladera” y las galletas no eran oreo, sino DALE BLACK. Si vas; no pidas la promo con tortas.

Coffee big but watery! The coffee beans weren’t great! I would say that it needs to improve a lot about the quality of coffee and the tortas (cakes). And, the service weren’t great as well.....the management needs to give some attention for it! There were only 3 tables and my simple flat white took 20 min to come with the cake, only a simple order. Sorry to say, but for a famous renowned franchising, still needs to...

The guys working here do an amazing service. I asked for a bagel to take away, and they did a huge effort to prepare it in the best possible way. They toasted the bread, put the sauces in small cups on the side and everything in a paperboard box so that I could carry it on the bus. Besides that, Havanna's alfajores...
