BULL AUTENTICA PARRILLA ARGENTINA — Restaurant in Mendoza

I don't recommend this restaurant because the attention is bad. The place only has 3 servers and they don't stock up. On the day that I went, there was a number of people in a seminar and the servers ignored this. They don't care about other people. A man left because he was not attended. He drank his drink and left after waiting for a long time. And when you talk to the waitresses, they're talking between themselves. I asked the waitress for well cooked steak, but when I was given the food, the insides were all red. Another server took it once to be put on the grill but half of the raw meat came back. I asked him again and he did it. At last, I ate in three seperate times. Terrible...

Nunca había calificado con una estrella un restaurante, llegué allí por recomendación de otro restaurante al que no pudimos ingresar porque habían fallas eléctricas. Fuimos a ojo cerrado ya que la persona que lo recomendó se veía muy segura de su opinión del lugar. Debo decir que el ambiente no se veía tan agradable, entré al baño y dejaba mucho que desear el aseo. Pedimos pollo asado, mi amiga con puré, yo con arroz, la comida parecía estar bien, no excelente pero tampoco mala. Hasta que me percaté de que en mi arroz había un bicho, estoy casi segura de que se trataba de una cucaracha pequeña, hasta ahí llegó mi almuerzo. Le dije a la persona que me atendió y me dijo… es algo que trae el arroz y le dije que era un bicho, se llevó el plato me pidió disculpas y en todo caso me cobró el almuerzo, trato de ofrecerme papas en lugar de arroz, luego un café y luego un helado, pero claramente no iba a comer nada más que saliera de esta cocina, fue una experiencia muy desagradable y creo que el manejo que le dieron a la situación tampoco fue el mejor, espero lean esta reseña y puedan mejorar este tipo de cosas que son básicas. We gave what we saw a good tip but the lady counted it in front of us and demanded 10%! Couldn't be more rude and disrespectful I really wish I didn't tip now as this is horrible service. I'm guessing because we are white she would get away with it. Really poor and I'd tell any tourist to skip, find a more respectful place that isn't trying to rip every penny they can...
