Oh my. Maybe the greatest experience of all our travels! We came on our first day in Mendoza for a little afternoon treat. Little did we know we would spend the rest of out trip trying to plan another visit in! (Successful I may add, hoping to go again 3/3 days) we don’t speak Spanish besides the odd word here and there, but they were so nice and explained the menu. When we said we would like those flavours, he came back with tasters and said to check the combination to make sure! The next 5 minutes was heaven, trying all sorts of flavours including ones I would have never have thought of like wine based ones, charcoal and avocado! All incredible flavours individually, but their focus was on finding the right combination for you at that moment. The detail and love for their ice cream is shown with the care they put into preparing them. When we asked the guy how long they been doing it he said 94 years over 4 generations! The detail on the preparation was impeccable and the overall experience was amazing. Thank you again and can’t wait to come...

You MUST go there. Not only imaginative flavors but the owner is definitely into ice cream and he wants to share his love for his customers. All the great reviews are true — he spend a lot of time on each customer, generously giving out tastings to make sure you get a great choice. I ordered the waffle cone and he said I can get two flavors plus a small tiny scoops extra but he ended up giving me 4! Got the dark chocolate and olive oil — so creamy, and combined with rose wine and raspberries. He put in some extra toppings to enhance the great experience. And 2 additional small scoops of matcha lime and melon with Himalayan salt. It is a place not to be missed!! I see a lot of local customers who come and get half kilo/pint size...

I have traveled from the biggest cities (New York, Buenos Aires , Miami etc.) in the world and tried many ice scream shops ( over 200 ) but NONE like this one .

This is by far the best ice cream I have ever tasted .

The owner of the place crafts each ice cream cone in the shape of a rose and brings customer service to a different level. You can see how much the owner enjoys the art of ice cream and his dedication to the ice cream shop. Additionally, They have many flavors ranging from Malbec , Chocolate with cherries , dulce de leche to Avocado , Charcoal with grapefruit and even Beer with orange (plus more creative flavors ) . All in all They are all...

This place low key restored my faith in humanity. The experience here alone was worth my trip to Mendoza and I could do nothing else here and be happy. If you’re lucky enough to have your ice cream scooped by the owner you will be rewarded with the most beautiful and delicious work of art. Despite the place being packed and backed up by 30-40 minutes he spent about 10 minutes on my order alone, carefully explaining snd putting my three scoop ice cream together as if I were the only customer in the world, while offering tastings and extra small scoops 🥲. The cherry on top was that they passed out sparkling water to all the guests. What an experience 😭
