The service and the food are very well, the service feels stressed in this environment. The atmosphere is very loud which makes me feel overwhelmed, it is small and you are not able to have a conversation. The vegetarian option of sushi are rare (one option), but you can also choose ramen or gohan in vegetarian as well as an entrance. The drinks are nice. Don’t expect to get proper sushi here…

It’s FAR FAR away from proper sushi. The rice is dry, the proportion of sushi vinegar and rice is out of balance - you are not supposed to taste the sourness from the rice, at least not super obvious as in here. The fried shrimp made me think I ordered chicken, because it was so dry. And almost every roll has cheese, ironically , the original Japanese sushi never has cheese…

La gyozas fritas estaban buenas, llegaron rápido y calientes y con una salsa aparte. Lo unico malo es que no podías pedir dos de cada variedad, sino que hubo que pedir 4 de cada una, 4 de cerdo y 4 vegetarianas. El ramen, no estaba rico, el caldo carecía de sabor, los hongos se sentían duros y cuando los masticabas se sentian como si no estuvieran bien cocidos. Rescato el tofu crocante, pero el resto sabia como si hubieran hervido agua y revoleado los ingredientes en crudo y asi los mandaron a la mesa. Otra cosa a remarcar fue que uno de los ramen vino con mucho menos caldo que el otro y parecía vacío o sin terminar. Cada bowl de ramen era considerablemente caro y por la experiencia que tuvimos creo que hay mejores opciones como Nakama donde es un poco más accesible y con sabor. Las mozas fueron amables y rápidas y tuvieron una atención al momento de pagar lo cual se agradece. Con respecto al local, al encontrarse en un lugar compartido por otros comercios hace que se dificulte al hablar porque la musica te llega de todos lados y es bastante aturdidor, sumado a que las mesas afuera hacen que tengas que lidiar con la gente pasandote por todos lados.

Ojala se liberen de la moda de las banquetas de tres metros insufribles...
