We ordered a paella for 2 and were extremely disappointed and left feeling sick and robbed. When the paella came out it looked like packet rice with shellfish mixed in. It was cold and bland and the mussels were not cooked correctly. No waiter came to check on us for half an hour and when they finally did they took it away without explanation of what would happen. Some 20 minutes later they returned with a new plate without any mussels which I did not want. I was told by the waiter that the mussels were for "decoration" only and not meant to be eaten. This was not explained to us and I had already eaten a "decoration" mussel that was clearly a real mussel, just badly cooked. I asked for an English speaker so that I could explain my issue properly but that didn't help much as he emphasised the fact that the mussels were only for decoration and told me that that's how they do it in Puerto Madryn. Straight up lies. If the seafood was for decoration it should be made clear on the menu. He refused to take the paella off the bill and we unfortunately can't speak Spanish well enough to argue our way out of it. We are left feeling robbed and sick by what was supposed to be...

We had read great reviews about this restaurant and since it was in such a lovely spot, we decided to go and have lunch there. When we arrived, we were the only customers, so relieved fast service! Within 15 minutes of ordering drinks and starters, the service started to slow down as more people began to arrive, and the quality of service dipped. Our waiter started off friendly, but by the end was very short and sharp with us! He forgot part of our order, and the main course was cold and my friend's steak was not cooked as she had asked! We got charged for bread that we never asked for, and one of the waiters didn't realise that we may have needed a glass to drink out of! Una experiencia horribke, muy mala atención por parte de una moza jovencita, nos gritó y atendió mal, frente a una queja realizada en buenos términis, ni se le faltó el respeto, no se le gritó, ni se le habló mal. Otra moza nos había traido la comida y el plato de mi pareja se le cae al piso asi q pidio otro , su plato era bife de chorizi.Asi que era lógico esperar a que salga otri, ta que el corte lleva su tiempo, pero esperamos como una hora y no salia , toda la familia ya habiamos comido y lo de el ni ahi...a lo que fue a pedir q averiguen cto faltaba. A Todo esto, a la moza q s le cayo la comida al piso, no se le dijo nada, hasta cosa nos dio, pobre, q un accidente asi puede ocurrir, pero no volvio nunca mas y nuestra mesa quedó x completo desatendida, ibamos terminando las bebidas y no venia nadue mas a atender... bueno desp d una hora traen el bife de chorizo al corrlo estaba pero crudiiiiisimo, rojo mal...le faltaba hacer "muuuu" a eso...incomible asi q llamamos ala moza p decirle q no lo queria asi..t ahi la moza empezo a gritar..a ella se le dijo con respetoy no se l gritó, ella sola empezó a gritar toda histérica..quedamos helados xon su reacción, encma en la mesa habia un nene de 8 años q tuvo q presenciar ese momento de violencia, xq muy violenta la chica. Asu q la verdad nsa noche x la cual uno paga para salir a distenderse se vio arruinada x esta chica. Luego nos siguio atendiendo un mozo de edad grande q siempre atiende muy bien, casi todos los mozos mas grandes son excelentes atendiendo, pero esta chica...
