The best steak you’ll have in the whole of Argentina, seriously. I rarely write reviews but this one I decided to take my time writing because the owners of this restaurant truly care about their food and service. We both got Bife de chorizo and it was amazing - it blows 99% of the steakhouse we’ve been to in Argentina. Perfectly cooked to “muy jugoso” (a little more rare than ‘medium rare’) and the grilled tomato and onion that came with it were so full of flavour. The waitress is very kind and attentive. I must say, i am truly disappointed with the main courses. We ordered the picana and the bife de ore (ribeye). We ordered both medium rare.
Picana was slightly over cooked, and a little tougher as a result. The ribeye was cooked to perfection in color, but to the palate and taste, it was lacking, as it lacked free run juicyness and tenderness.
Its our 10th day in argentina and probably the least memorable parilla so far.
Might be an off...
