Rock&Feller's Bv. Oroño — Restaurant in Rosario

Rock&Feller is the typical American bar right in the middle of downtown Rosario. Highly recommended at the front desk of my hotel I decided to have a late lunch at this place.

As the name might suggest, Rock&Feller is a rock bar, so expect loud music and big screens all over the place where different videos play thru your dine ( not bad really, as the music was on point, at least for me ). Given it is a loud place, you might find it difficult to have a conversation across the table, but it is not annoyingly loud.

I sat at the bar, and although the bar was not full, and even with me sitting at the bar, the service was rather slow. Same thing once I ordered, and thru my stay at the bar, so expect that if you decide to come.

As for the food, I ordered the Peeper New York: this is a 360 grms meat cut, that comes along with A big baked potato with cheese and sour cream. The meat was over cooked so it wasn't really enjoyable.

To summarize, Rock&Fellers is a bar that you could go if you are not expecting great service and good food, but want to spend a good time with friends as the vibe and environment of the place will be a great fit.

I have been waiting to go to this place for almost 4 years due to covid!!!! I finally made it and was super happy that it was exactly what I expected!!! The food was good, actually really good!!! I asked the bartender her name and I guess she thought I was hitting her, so she never came back to serve us, it was obvious that she was staying at the other end of the bar on purpose, she was very wrong, I just hate saying "hey" instead I prefer to say a name, she stayed at the other end of the bar and had others bring the drinks, which took a long time, because she didn't check on us. I tip really, really well for good service, which I didn't get and she missed out!!! A side from that, the experience was good!!! I highly recommend going to this place if you are in Rosario!!! Terrible experience. This is an expensive restaurant by Argentine standards but I felt like they were treating me and my family as fools. Ordered 2 kids meals (almost March 2021) for 1000 pesos with promise of a free plastic Rock And Fellas cup. I imagined some cool rock cups for the kids. The meal came with a "Vamos Argentina" copa América football cup .. for Copa America 2019!

One plate arrived... 10 minutes later my plate arrived and 10m later we had to remind them about the kids food which took a further 15m to arrive.

I have had better experiences in cheap truckstops and McDonald's. It's a shame as I was looking forward to the dessert and cocktails, but they can stick them...
