They brought out the complete wrong order after we waited 30 minutes our friends were almost done with their meals and we were still arguing with the manager over how to make this right. They tried to bait and switch us from a ribeye to a ny strip which is normally a cheaper cut everywhere else but then wanted to upcharge after they made a mistake. Hola, el día sábado 22 fuimos a este lugar con mi familia, y la verdad no tuvimos una buena experiencia. Primero fuimos a almorzar, la comida ni mala ni buena. Las milanesas no tenían sabor, era muchísimo pan rallado para la poca milanesa que trae. Estaban secas. Las papas no estaban bien cocidas. Como no lo vimos grave decidimos volver para merendar... Le pregunté a la moza que nos atendió como venía el tostado árabe, porque no sabía como lo hacían ahí, no nos supo explicar. Pedimos 3 gaseosas que vinieron calientes, y sabiendo eso la moza no se preocupo en ofrecer hielos. El sábado fue un día caluroso y no queríamos tomar gaseosas calientes. Pedimos hielo a la misma moza y se fue a hacer otras cosas y se olvidó. Le pedimos a otra moza y también fue a hacer otras cosas y se olvidó, hasta que la volvimos a llamar y ahí si nos dió lo que pedimos. El ambiente no era bueno, había chicos corriendo alrededor de nuestra mesa. Le preguntamos a una moza si podía decirle a los padres de los chicos si podían hacer algo, y los miro y se fué. Sinceramente no pedíamos nada ni preguntábamos nada raro y aún así nos atendieron de mala manera, la primer moza sobre todo. Pésima atención, es notable que las mozas no son atentas cuando hay mucha cantidad...
