In a world of mass consumption of cheap foods and convenient meals delivered to doorsteps, it’s easy for people to complain of the little added effort it takes to make it to Chloe’s Tea House.

Those who understand that there is more to life than such, will find their way and share a truly memorable experience with amazing hosts.

Understanding that booking in advance is required, we were thrilled that we were able to reserve a spot during our short stay in the city. At first we thought this was due to demand, but soon came to realize it is because you are being welcomed onto a family’s property and everything is made fresh to the reservations.

Nothing good comes easy and despite the challenges we faced to get there, Iris (owner) and her daughter Chloe, communicated well to help us arrive safely. It is hard to know you are in the right place, but again, this is not your typical cornerstone fast food coffee shop.

The tea variety was delicious, and they paired well with the amuse bouches served. The carefully curated mix of flavors and the care and attention that goes into the homemade, prepared same day, home garden grown foods, can be lost on a hungry eater who is used to shoveling a plate full of low nutrient comfort food.

Came for the views, stayed for the food, and would return for the people in...

We visited on a Sunday evening after making our reservation the day before. We were so glad we booked. The view and atmosphere is stunning, and the tea and food were delicious. We had two courses, consisting of some breads, rolls and scones with homemade jams and cottage cheeses, and afterwards some delicious cheesecake and rhubarb crumble.

Fuimos en el mes de junio, habíamos reservado con 3 meses de anticipación, acercandose la fecha estaba la reserva, lo único no nos respetaron el precio, pero es entendible dada la situación. Cuando Llegamos a la entrada para ingresar al lugar nos dimos cuenta que no esta bien señalizada, nos costó encontrar el salón ya que lo primero que se ve es la casa que tiene la cocina... la persona de adentro nos vio llegar y no fue capaz de señalar para donde teníamos que ir... al llegar a la parte de salón hay que destacar la ambientación y las vistas que son increíbles, totalmente recomendable para hacerse fotos . Con respecto al servicio del te, todos estaban muy ricos. Destaco lo salado, lo dulce no era lo que esperábamos. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable, en todos sentido, ell sola atendió las mesas y la verdad que hace todo para que disfrutes la experiencia. Para destacar totalmente. Salvando esos detalles que se notan que suceden porque es manejado por gente que no tiene experiencia, es totalmente recomendable. Ojalá solucionen esos detalles porque se nota que hay un esfuerzo...
