While the food was delicious, it took nearly 2 hours. To be clear, I blame the head chef for not having the full menu available to order. There was a miscommunication with one of the junior waiters due to a language barrier, but that wouldn't have occurred if the full menu was available for order. She made it clear that my first 2 choices weren't available, but struggled with my order for the 3rd choice. Hopefully she receives some additional training to follow-up with customers or engage a senior waiter to confirm a customers order when there has been an issue with ordering. After I thought I ordered, she bought cutlery and bread to the table, so initially I thought all was OK. While having the first bite, we were rudely confronted by Claudia the waitress, saying we weren’t allowed to have even one bite because it wasn’t purchased at the establishment and that was the rules place by management. No menus were handed out, no approach to take my order as I had to literally go to one of the servers to place my order. No server asked how was the food or if I wanted desert. Finally, I had to go to a server to request my bill. There were two other customers total at the restaurant so it's not as if they were busy.
In comparison, I saw the total opposite treatment to customers who were from Argentina.
