Absolutely awful experience. We booked the half day trip to Tierra del Fuego. We were picked up at 7.30, so we thought we'd get an early start at the park. Because of picking up other people, we didn't get into the park until 9. The park itself is absolutely gorgeous. At 11, we were told that we were the only people who hadn't booked the option of taking the train. We asked if we could walk around the park while they took the train, but that was not possible "because the guide is responsible for all passengers", whatever that may mean. We had to leave the park at 11.30 and wait for the others by the train station until 13.00. Supposedly, there was beautiful hiking around that area, but while the surroundings are beautiful, there are no hiking trails. We expressed our discontent, and the guide was very rude. We ended up taking an Uber back so we wouldn't have to sit around and wait for other people. When we contacted the firm and expressed how we felt, the customer service was horrible too. They said that 'that is just what the tour looked like' and 'we can't help it that you chose to leave'. Absolutely ridiculous, we just wanted to have the half morning in the park that we booked. You pay a lot of money and then get 2,5 hours in the park and a lot of waiting outside of it. We should have just taken an Uber to the park instead. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS...

I had an amazing experience in Ushuaia, even though I only had one day there. The team was able to find the perfect tours to make the most of my time and see as much as possible. I definitely recommend staying longer than a day, as there’s so much to explore.

The tours went smoothly, and we even had the chance to see guanacos up close in the park. Fortunately, it was a beautiful sunny day. Our guide spoke excellent English and provided great explanations about the park’s flora and fauna. I highly recommend this...

Estoy muy conforme con la agencia Isla de los Fuegos, siempre muy atentos inclusive con todas las consultas que hicimos desde Bs As, y en lo administrativo con Elias, un genio por que llegamos 20.20 antes que cierren y nos atendió impecable, con ellos hicimos 3 excursiones, la navegación por el canal de Beagle, a bordo de un muy lindo catamaran con muy buenos precios dentro del mismo, ya que habia servicio de cafeteria y otros, la excursión en 4x4 con nuestro chófer Facundo un genio total, es adrenalina pura, 4x4 literal....no es solo mojar las ruedas en el agua y en el barro, fue una aventura 4x4 espectacular. La excursion culminaba con un almuerzo en Tierra Mayor, restaurante a la rivera de la ruta 3 km 3034,5 con una vista inigualable, la comida muy buena. La tercera excursion se denominaba Silencio Andino (nos tocó nevada), una experiencia para recordar por siempre, las motos de nieve nuevas, con un paseo por los bosques, junto con la caminata con cielo estrellado y nevando de no creer!! El gomon nos llevó de vuelta a nuestra niñez, y el final la comida en el refugio con la calidez del fogón y la música en vivo de folclore y ver la nieve caer por los vidrios de la ventana, fue un momento inolvidable. Una experiencia de sentirnos llenos, como dijo Alterio en la película " "La pucha que vale la pena estar vivo ..". no me quiero olvidar de nuestro chófer Martin toda la seguridad para traernos en una combi moderna en una noche de mucha nevada.
