We waited ages for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and ridiculously overpriced. The staff didn’t speak a single word of English, which made communication impossible, and to make things worse, the restaurant itself was freezing inside.
When it came time to pay, the card terminal didn’t work and the whole situation turned into a circus. People were paying in dirhams, euros, and who knows what else. They even suggested we go to the ATM and said they’d “lower the price by 500 drams” if we did — seriously? Eventually someone else paid for us with dirhams just so we could finally leave.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customers at all. Between the bad food, the chaos at payment, and the overall unprofessional service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of...

If you are not on a tour your bread will not be hot even if you order hot bread. And you will WAIT and WAIT and WAIT for your food while you watch the people on tours eat and depart. We waited almost a full hour for our food and the two tour groups had no more than 15 people total. Consider yourself warned. Only eat here if you want to spend a looooong time...
