Bami Seaford — Restaurant in Adelaide

We have eaten here a few times and while it's never been the absolute best food it USE to be good enough that you would go back. Today we got a Bah-mi, 3 fried dimsims and a rice bowl with Pork. It will be the last time we ever eat here. They are still charging $14 for a bowl but have made the bowls half the size!! The "Crackling Pork" had no crackle at all, in fact the "Crackle" was rubber! The pork was so dry you couldn't eat it and the "Fried" DimSims were so soft and undercooked they felt like jelly in your mouth. The roll was even worse... bread was ROCK hard and the pork was also just as bad as the bowl. I also asked for corriander and chilli... I guess that's a rare thing that people agree to because I didn't get either in the roll. I have had several bad experiences here - misunderstanding of vegan or vegetarian foods (they had put seafood products in items from the vegan menu and this happened time and time again - wont eat there anymore) but I have just had my worst experience there yet. I ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee, and I feel like I have been drugged. It was unlike any Vietnamese coffee I have ever had before, after just a few sips it was as if I had done 2 vodka shots. I became very disorientated and even walked into the shelf in the supermarket. I couldn’t sleep at all that night and now it has been 22.5 hours since I had that coffee and I still feel wired, super anxious which I don’t normally experience, and unable to settle, as well as feeling so sick in the stomach. I got absolutely poor service at BaMi at Seaford tonight. They prioritise Uber Eats over in store customers. While waiting several times they called out numbers - I told them that we hadn't been given numbers by the server. Despite me telling them 3 times what order I was waiting on, they turn around and tell me they closed despite me ordering and paying well before closing time. Then they turn around and say they must have lost my order and they aren't cooking it.

I'm livid. Despite paying on card, they insisted on giving me cash and expected me to provide them change. Eventually I am given some money back.
