That day I jumped out from under my weighted blanket and threw my hair into a messy bun, I grabbed my hydro flask and my seventeen scrunchies and walked out the door with the last 12.60$ I had to my name that I had retrieved from my china piggy bank the night before. I brought my portable charger I had been given the year before as a 15th birthday present from my Harvy Norman gold membership. I was on the escape from the clutches of my evil crack selling mother who had no money left and had planned to sell me into slavery that day. I hopped on to my penny skate board and scooted to the nearest place to break for a rest at this point it was already dark 8:54 pm in-fact. I stopped off at a park bench for the night. This would be my new home. The gleaming brilliance as a choir of glorious lights shone into my face. I felt a beam of Hope stir in me and I walked into the fish and chip store where the ensemble of light was beaming from I looked down at my once white fila disrupters and once more felt a glimmer of hope move in me. With the 12.60$ I had in my hand reaching out of my back pocket, looked up at the tall, warm, welcoming face of the beautiful man infront of me he told me they were closing soon but I assured him I would be quick to order. I gave him the only money I had left and I asked for the butterfush snack pack. I was 30 cents short but the boy told me not to worry as I broke down and told him of the roller coaster my day had been. He over looked the money I was short and I recieved the crispy butterfish with a perfect serving of chips. Every bite was perfection in itself. All round good food service is pretty good. seating is abundant, kinda pricey. Pretty nice...

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. I was craving seafood pretty bad, and this place had good reviews so we thought to try it. Seemed popular enough, which is usually a good sign. We each got some pack of whiting (2pc ea), chips and tartare sauce. The chips were quite yummy and hit the spot, although I would have expected a lot more for the price paid. Was like a medium handful. The worst part though... the fish was oozing with grease. Literally, I was just holding it with my fingers to eat it and oil was DRIPPING out of the batter. The hand wipe they give you wasn’t nearly enough to clean all the grease up afterwards. Would’ve been better off going to KFC for less grease, it was super disgusting. The paper they put the fish on was soaked wet and sticking to the fish. The bottom of the box, also soaked through with oil onto my skirt. I didn’t even want to eat my second piece of fish (that’s big, as it was my main craving here), but I felt I had to because the money we spent for it was crazy. Much guilt and regret. It didn’t even fill us up, we had to have a second dinner. I literally ended up crying in the car on the way home... blame it on pregnancy hormones sure, but man I just wanted fish and good fluffy chips. We were super disappointed for the price we paid, but alas. We’ll look to other little fish and chip...

Absolutely appalling to the lady with the dark hair serving today.. i placed my order an also ordered pickled calamari $16.00 all up spent $56, actually I think it was $60 because said keep the change.. to then get my order to get half way back home to Marion 5047 to start eating the pickled calamari to realise it didn't taste right.. Proceeded to look for the expiry date to see it was made on the 11.05.24 an its use by date was 16MAY24 iv then contacted the shop an got rudely told that it's fine it's only a week over the date, an then the wrong sticker must of been put on it by mistake.. I'm gobsmacked an as im currently on home detention an only went up there to my chemist that's located next door, iv then after a 5 minute phonecall an me stating that it's not ok an her trying to justify it, instead of totally ignoring me when iv asked for store credit an just continues to say nothing should be wrong with it.. So I finished the phonecall with ok.. I'm obviously not going to get a store credit so I'm going to put this review up tosbee what other customers would say/think about...
