I recently had the pleasure of visiting Exotic Botanic and I must say, it was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a lush oasis of greenery and the most delightful floral scents. The atmosphere was so calming and inviting - it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The staff at Exotic Botanic were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me through their wide selection of exotic plants and flowers, providing expert advice on care and maintenance. It was evident that they were passionate about their craft and genuinely cared about helping customers find the perfect botanical additions for their homes.

I was particularly impressed by the quality of the plants at Exotic Botanic. Each plant looked healthy, vibrant, and well-cared for. It was clear that the team at Exotic Botanic takes great pride in sourcing the best and most unique botanical specimens for their customers.

EDIT: To reply to your comment it was 16th Tuesday around 3:45pm. There was only one other group of customers browsing who were on their own. There was no loud music or crowds. I looked at the staff who were behind the counter as I entered the shop and the two of them just looked up and back down within 1second. When I was browsing the plants displayed on the shelves near the counter they were chatting among themselves but not once did they say hi or offer to help. I was trying to choose a gift for someone and it was clear I needed some guidance. But I guess talking about what happened last night is more improtant than serving a customer. Thanks for all the excuses but no.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: don't bother to greet you even if they see you wandering their shop. And not just one of their staff, but two, both of them. Both pretending like I don't exist. Funnily enough, when another customer (caucasian) left the shop after browsing, they were attentive enough to say goodbye. I was then the only person browsing the shop, and they continued to ignore my existence until I decided to leave. And of course, when I left, I continued to be...

OUTSTANDING service from Julie with an online order that went astray! Unfortunately an error in Exotic Botanic's system caused the wrong address label to be placed on my package. Australia Post were not helpful so I contacted Exotic Botanic. Julie was exceptionally responsive, understanding and helpful. She immediately tried to rectify the situation and kept in touch with me throughout. Close to the end of the day the issue was still not resolved. Julie contacted me to advise that the following two days would be her days off, but that she had requested follow up from Australia Post and had left her personal phone number for them to contact her. Not expected of course, but what an exceptional level of service! Fortunately the issue was resolved shortly after and I received my beautiful healthy plants. I was initially quite annoyed because I wasted a couple of hours chasing up the issue (waiting on hold with Australia Post mostly!!), but that was completely eased with Julie's outstanding service! Would not hesitate to shop...
