KFC Marden — Restaurant in Adelaide

The goal: Two $9.95 9 piece chicken boxes.

The destination: KFC, Marden.

I waited in the long drive through line to order the Tuesday special $9.95 chicken boxes to be told that 'it can only be done through the KFC phone app'. This is odd because previously when they had done these deals you could purchase it through the drive through without having to use an app. I was also told that a friend got theirs through a drive through without an app at a different KFC on the same day.

So, I eventually got through the drive through and parked my car. I downloaded the KFC and ordered the chicken. This whole process had taken 15 minutes already. I went inside and waited for the order to be made.

Turns out, they were out of fried chicken! By the time they were up and running again I'd been waiting inside for 25 minutes.

45 minutes after arriving I finally had my chicken boxes. The chicken was fine, most of the pieces were decently sized and tasted great.

I don't know what went wrong, but a lot of customers were kept waiting. For...

as much as i love this joint for my quick fat and calories need. I have to ask for napkins , spoons, hand wipes and even the fork for my salad shaker every god damn time.Unlike other KFC's where they just put these stuff in the bag itself. Just put the god damn condiments in the damn bag. STOP BEING CHEAP and MICRO MANAGING Small things. its frustrating coming home with the delicious, tender, full of grease and fatty food just to find out there is no hand wipes , no napkins and god damn no fork when i want to stay healthy and eat my salad shaker. where am i suppose to wipe my hands ? on this computer that i am typing in !! will change to 5 star if i got my condiments next time that i order in here that is tomorrow afternoon at 3:30pm (that's my KFC time everyday). thanks for reading my review hope you guys will train your staff to put these thing in the takeaway bag next time. i hope u realise how frustrated i am that i have to open my computer and write a review. now i will eat my...

I was there around 4.20pm today. Ordered Kids Popcorn meal and original tenders box. When my order was ready, it seems incomplete so I asked the packing staff (young female), where is the kids meal. She answered rudely, you didn't order. Unhappy and soft that you can hardly hear and still packing for other customer. Didn't even bother to come and have a look. The male staff I think is the manager or supervisor, who took my order asked her and she replied, she already put the kids meal in the box. How will a customer know. On the poster, the popcorn chicken and fries are pack separately. But mine was all in the box. If can't pack like what is shown on the poster, KFC shouldn't even bother to have the poster up. Then she gave me a stare, what a jerk. The male staff realise there's no drink given for the kids meal. So it is true my order was not complete.
