Boost Juice Brooklyn Park — Restaurant in Adelaide

Worst boost juice & drive-thru I have ever been to. Will never go again. After waiting to order & having cars behind me so I couldn't exit I was told I can't order through the drive-thru as it's too busy for them & have to go in the store. I then had to wait 20 minutes just to exit. No order taken. On another occasion I walked to this boost juice on a hot day with my son in his pram to be told that they were understaffed & orders were only to be taken through the drive-thru. Only after me pointing out how unsafe it is for me to bring the pram through the drive thru I was eventually & reluctantly served in store. No point getting cross at the teenagers working there. It's not their fault. Management are beyond poor they need to put on more staff especially through summer.

Extremely slow service and the waiting time is ridiculous . Every time I go through drive through, whether they're busy or not, there is about a 20 minute wait. I walked in to Boost Juice whilst waiting through drive through and approached staff asking why the wait was so long. All staff stared at me, silently turned their backs and continued to slowly work. I received my Boost with the lid broken and the drink dripping all over the outside of the cup. I returned it and the drink was brought back the same. I was also asked if I had paid....right after I paid. There was also no 'Thank you for waiting' Staff seemed to not care much. Definitely will stop giving that place a chance as it has been the same...

The idea of this place is great: boost, salsa and cibo in one…., but what’s the point of a place like this unless it runs efficiently. The service is very slow, and the speaker system is just terrible - no word of a lie, every single time I come I have to repeat myself at least twice before they can hear me- their menu screen has been broken for quite sometime- a big brand establishment can’t afford to make repairs or upgrades ? Embarrassing. and the boost flavour which I order each time- tastes different and not always like it should …. Disappointing that they clearly don’t read reviews and take on board...
