Edit 8/3/21 if you ever want to be disappointed, this KFC will help you. They always do! So today they closed the restaurant at 9PM and it was drive through only. Only to be told after a wait of 10 mins that too at 9PM that they were out of wings, Zinger and God Knows what else!! They should ideally be saying, Welcome to KFC, we’re out of ..... ... list. And what would you want from left overs. Then I’m given a burger in my hand, what about a burger box or put it in a bag? Then I’m asked oh do you want it in a bag?
Earlier review: From missing items from orders to less money returns to absolutely stale and almost raw fries in my order today. I have never been satisfied ordering from here and it’s a waste of my hard earned money, when you reach home to find out these issues. Really don’t have much to say !!
I’ll probably just keep adding for my each order. 19/12 Didn’t add Zinger to my order. Imagine going back to get your burger. This store is consistent in missing items, they screw up 10/10 times.
Order#1469 25/02/24: $1 wings promotion, ordered 10. Pickup queue to reach window 10 mins only to be told wait time for wings is 12 mins and they were substituted or get a refund. Great!
Order#1316 01/05/24 Pickup, no potato gravy was provided with the order. I hardly get by any order without any issues! Sigh!
Order#1987 17/08/24 I am use to of getting sub standard service from this store by now hence I don’t even come here after every order miss or so. The guy packing food was yawing on food continuously without covering his mouth 🤢 Not even a single tissue was provided with the order, no worries. But how do you expect me to have a big tub of potato gravy without any cutlery? and there were 2 potato gravy tubs not even 1 yet no cutlery. Thanks again!
Order#1609 21/10/24: No cutlery or tissues yet again, I think they are done with that. What’s the point of selecting a dipping sauce if they are going to give you whatever they feel like. Got Sweet and Sour when I picked Supercharged....
Read moreI walked with my 20 month old boy from Lockleys to This KFC store. For us I ordered a small meal approx. $22.00 my Son always enjoys a small portion of KFC Bread rolls while also feeding the local birds on the walk back with crumbs. When it came to order the young man behind the counter said I'm sorry we do not have left. All good I asked for a burger roll instead the young man ask a young female co-worker to see if a burger bun was available. At this point she looked at me the Customer an rolled her eyes at me, I commented that you have NO Right to treat me a customer like this. No it all gets bad apparently can not serve be a bun. From here the manager got evolved. I unfortunately did not get her name. She insisted that I can not buy a burger bun. She then explained that I could buy a zinger burger and pay for a Zinger burger with NO filling if I wanted bread. Obviously my temper began to rise. I can buy any burger and have items added or removed But I could purchase some bread. When I question her this is the insult answer I received the breads are different. I mean come on. TO KFC this treatment of a 53 yo Man and his Son is un acceptable. The attitude of your Staff is un acceptable. I'm looking forward to a descent explanation and response. Also I would like to know what KFC's response to the young girl rolling her eyes at me and the so called manager that was more interested in escalating the situation rather then Help. Through ALL THIS DISGUSTING treatment well guess what she just charged me for a Burger Roll. Also did not even have the common decency to reply when I said thank you have...
