"A Sunday Delight at The Brompton Hotel"
My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Brompton Hotel for their Sunday lunch, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. With an impressive array of dishes on offer, it was the Sunday roast special that truly stole the show.
From the moment we stepped into The Brompton Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and prompt service. The atmosphere was both comfortable and sophisticated, making us feel at ease as we prepared for our culinary adventure.
The Sunday roast special was indeed special. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, while the accompanying vegetables were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - just as they should be. Each bite of the Yorkshire pudding was a fluffy cloud of deliciousness that complemented the roast perfectly.
But what elevated our dining experience was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were filled and our needs met. They were quick to answer any questions we had about the menu and offered their recommendations with genuine enthusiasm.
But the true testament to their service was their attention to detail. They took the time to make us feel special, not just another table. This dedication to customer service is what sets The Brompton Hotel apart, and why we will undoubtedly be returning for more memorable Sunday lunches.
In conclusion, The Brompton Hotel offers a delightful Sunday lunch experience with its mouth-watering roast special and outstanding service. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a leisurely Sunday meal, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better...
Read moreBeautifully done up, trendy pub tucked away in Brompton. Relaxed atmosphere on a Monday night for dinner. There were children and there's room for prams but there isn't much for children to do. Definitely gives more of a relaxed venue for adults vibe, which I loved.
FOOD! Was amazing! I was expecting regular 'pub grub', but it was on another level- fine dining style of food. We were in a group, and our hosts organised a shared banquet style, so we were able to try many dishes. To start, the sourdough with roasted garlic oil and antipasto plates were spot on. The kingfish dish is not something I would normally order, but it was delicious. Pepperoni pizza delicious. Steak was amazing. Chicken Kiev with roast potato and greens- every element was so good! The pasta (I think it was carbonara) was so tasty with the perfect amount of tasty salty meat in each bite. We then struggled for room but tried the Eton mess and Tiramisu - both of which were absolutely delicious.
Drinks were also great! And there was a large selection to choose from. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Some of our party enjoyed the pool table too.
Service was great and friendly- if I were to give minor feedback, it would be that they could clear some of the empty glasses away sooner to make room for the...
Read moreWe dined in the restaurant last night and had an exceptional time. The food was delicious, and service was fantastic from start to finish. Our server Emmy was outstanding, made us feel right at home from the moment she greeted us, and walked us through the menu encouraging us to order courses in a share style to get the full experience of the chef’s menu design. Incredibly attentive, outstanding product knowledge, and a genuinely fun impact on our evening. The food was superb, incredible menu with flavours to match. We had Oysters, Tuna, Beef, and Anchovies to begin, followed by the ‘Smoked potato, hen egg ravioli, prosciutto broth’ (which was definitely our favourite dish, and Emmy’s strong recommendation). For mains the Chicken Kyiv and 1.2kg steak, finished off with Sherbet Marshmallow and the Custard Tart. I’ll be highly recommending the Brompton Hotel to everyone I know and looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you for an incredible experience, and please pass on our gratitude to Emmy...
