One does not simply make a chicken burger with mere nuggets.

I did not have high hopes after a previous disappointing purchase from this establishment, a simple nugget basket-what could go wrong? A lot apparently.

On a positive note the fries were great-hot, well seasoned and plentiful, and I wish I had only ordered the fries so I wouldn't be negative in this review. The burger I ordered brought down the entire experience. I honestly cannot fathom how this burger was brought into this world, a friend of mine had purchased the exact same burger and yet the differences in quality were stark; his chicken piece was whole, while mine honestly looked like scrapes thrown in between two buns. Scrapes that consisted mostly of the crunchy batter which would have been amazing if it were coating a reasonable piece of chicken for a patty.

Usually I'd be lenient on flavour and the subjectivity of spice, but for a 'spicy' burger two jalepenos does not constitute to making something spicy, much less the orange tinged sauce.

Honestly the disparity of quality between two of the same burgers within a time difference of purchase of 10-15 minutes is astonishing. I so wish I had taken pictures but honestly it was too sad and I couldn't bring myself to finish the 'meal'. Chips were the only good part, however it was not a saving grace cause many places sell good chips.

I wish I didn't order here again and waste my money and time on a burger that was neither spicy and...

50 minute wait for a cold burger. Went in to the store to order take away tonight and sat on the bench at the front near the kitchen and register. After multiple people ordered after me, and received their food before me I asked about my order (35 minutes after ordering). The staff initially reacted as though I never ordered despite me sitting in front of them the last 35 minutes with only three other customers in the store since my order. Finally they realised my order had been sitting in a bag the last half an hour (no one had called out my name / order like they did with the other take away customers who sat next to me). No reason was provided for the cause of the mishap. They then claimed to make my order again to ensure it's fresh (not happily offered but after I hinted I wasn't keen for a burger that had been sitting in the bag for 30 minutes). Finally after 50 minutes I received my initial order. However the burger was room temperature and I strongly believe this was the same burger that had been cooked and left in the bag 45 minutes ago. To top this off, the fry sauce I ordered and paid for was not in my bag...

Having heard excellent news about this burger place, I was beyond excited to try it out! However, when I got here, my expectations were foiled... The food, while delicious, was plonked sadly on a dull metal tray, looking for all it's worth like it had been out in the sun for too long. Dying of thirst, it truly looked like it needed a pick me up, and soon! I was further disappointed with the chips. Again, while delicious, they were drenched in oil and was served in what could have passed as a miniature laundry basket with a paper sheet covering only half the basket. Sad, really. I think that this place served some excellent food, but I was disappointed by the lack of passion in its presentation. With a bit of work and effort, this place could truly be great, and I would happily come here again. For now, however, it will just remain a sad dreg in the back of my mind - an already fading memory of a lifetime of...
