We had been coming to Cafe Finniss for a few weeks as a professional meeting place. On these occasions bought multiple coffees and on one or two just one coffee.
After the 4th meeting (same time each week) one of the group was approached by the server outside in the carpark after the other two of us left. We were told that we were not welcome again as we were minimally purchasing and that she had watched what we were buying and it basically wasn’t enough to justify us using their premises for a meeting! The server explained that because no food was being purchased this was their feelings about us being there. I am ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED by this attitude. Read moreVery disappointed with salad given and extremely disappointed with the approach when tried to provide feedback over the phone.
Salad bowl has been filled with lattice, small portion of visible cucumber & tomato, topped with a few pieces of falafel. No other dressing except Tzatziki.
Paid $23.60.. when raised concern to manager for salad ingredients and money paid, we said $24.00/$25.00. The manager was more worried about and arguing for us topping up price $1.40 than actually showing concern for her customers feedback re their salad quality.
Very disappointing that Salad wasn’t worth $10.00 and extremely disappointing for the response of the manager..
Utterly pathetic...

There is enough street parking but the large rear car park out the back is handy; don't get caught in the 30 minute zone right out front! A few little factors detract from what was a good, modest Cafe: spelling errors in the menu, tables too close to the counter (no one wants to sit / queue there) and being over-charged (unless tap table...
