Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the clean, bright ambiance that has become a signature of modern Subway locations. The floors were spotless, tables were wiped down, and the ingredient display was organized and fresh-looking. The lighting was warm but not overly dim, and music played at a low volume—pleasant enough to enjoy, but not distracting.

The seating area was spacious, offering a mix of booth and table seating. What stood out to me most was the sanitation protocol. Staff were wearing gloves and regularly changed them between tasks, which is a huge plus in food service.

Subway staff can often make or break the experience, and the team here truly excelled. I was greeted promptly with a smile and asked how my day was going. They were patient and attentive while I customized my sub, even offering suggestions when I looked unsure about what sauce to go with.

I ordered a Footlong Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with lettuce, tomato, red onion, capsicum, and a touch of sweet onion sauce. • Bread: Soft on the inside with a crispy crust, the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread was fresh and full of flavor. • Chicken Teriyaki: Juicy, tender, and perfectly coated with sweet teriyaki glaze. It wasn’t overly saucy, which is a common issue at other locations. • Vegetables: Crisp, cold, and clearly fresh. The lettuce was not wilted, the tomatoes were juicy but firm, and the onions had just the right bite. • Sauce: The sweet onion sauce tied everything together. They added just the right amount—not drowning the sandwich, but enough to enhance the flavor.

As a bonus, I got a side of sea salt chips and a chocolate chip cookie, which was warm and gooey—Subway cookies never disappoint.

I'd like to praise Kylie as she has amazing service.

She asked if I wanted any additional Bacon etc - to which I am not a mystery shopper but still amazing to offer as occasionally I do purchase Beetroot with my sub.

She was polite as I had a general chat about the signature menu and how she is finding it. She listened to my order and checked if it looked all A-OK.

She has made my sub before and it was 1 of the best I have had and this time was no different. I will go back to this store and hope that she makes my Subway next time as it always good quality and made to your...

Wanted to provide some feedback about the Mitchell Park branch. Their customer service was 10/10 today. I called up as my office had a large order of 16 subs and Tegan was so accommodating to get it all sorted. We emailed our order through and Tegan texted me with any questions or clarifications. All of the subs were perfect and we really appreciate the effort that was taken to get this order done. The Mitchell Park staff have really done a great job and shoutout to Tegan or coordinating it all. We will be back next Adelaide Cup...
