Disappointing experience. Came at 7pm on a Monday, there was a female and male working. The female had a good attitude, she took my order and went along.

The male then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t put no ice in one of my drinks because “it was too hot”. Could’ve told me earlier…? Or not tried to give me a terrible excuse. This drink is over 8 dollars! With a surcharge on TOP.

Both bad mouthing me in Chinese while preparing my order. 😂 I can understand you clearly love. Don’t have AirPods in while you work, you clearly are showing the lack of care 😇

Visited on 12th October around 1:15 pm and had a less than ideal experience. While placing my order, the staff member seemed distracted, taking a phone call through their AirPods. Unfortunately, my drink was prepared incorrectly, despite specifying 'no ice.' When I brought it back, there was no apology or acknowledgment, and the interaction felt impersonal with no eye contact or a simple 'thank you.' I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service...

A new bubble tea shop in the northern suburb and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is modern and inviting, making for a refreshing atmosphere. I went during an off-peak time, so the wait was practically non-existent. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The shop is conveniently located right next to the parking lot, making it very easy to find. Highly recommend...
