Jive Cafe — Restaurant in Adelaide

Had breakfast this morning with my husband and waitress very unprofessional and rude omg First they bought my breakfast out and left my hubby to wait 15 mins for his no coffee Then they bought my hubby out after 15mins after I kindly asked Then they left my husbands coffee till we ready to leave omg Waitress stated rudely she said.only has 2 hands ??ok???if busy?? U should say to me...sorry too busy..its fine..I understand that.but say it. And talk nicely to say.sorry we are soo busy this morning..it's fine..but she's is very very bad 👎 Now First why would you bring one meal not 2 incomplete?? You leave until meals are completely done then bring out 2nd why leave coffee till last and customers ready to leave omg If they are to busy meals must wait till completed I will Never go there again ??? Owner Really needs to train staff for some costumer service skills?? To promote costumers and entire Then to come back not shoo them away Waitress should never argue with client's in front of other people I Found waitress rude,abusive,argumentative and repulsive not to say the least If waitress has had a bad morning or got problems DONT BRING THEM TO WORK jive Cafe needs customers not personal problems

You will Never see me,my hubby or my friends there again and I will spread the word how rude this staff member is to everyone I know Service was rubbish Spoilt my day with bad nerves...

New cafe opened at Hollywood Plaza.

I will not be back until/or if they find their feet!

Took 50 minutes for my wifes meal to come out which was not the correct meal, another 10 minutes for the replacement and a further 10 minutes for my meal which came out cold..

Staff all look confused, lost and unqaulified with the kitchen struggling to serve more then 5 customers at a time.

Watched the staff walk around asking customers "did you order this" and proceed to the next customer until they found the right person. We did give our table number and I heard others do the same so staff are lacking training. This stems from the top as the manager walked around asking customers the same thing with my meal even after I had already asked several staff members for my meal.

Hope they sort out this mess before the fad of something new wares off or this cafe will not last...
